Rollover for Ventura County SELPA is scheduled for the weekend of July 18.
For staff who are not returning in the fall, Deactivate their User account and reassign student associations. Accounts for agency hired staff should only be created and deactivated by SIRAS. Please send them the names of the users who will not be returning as their agency contract is ending with your district.
Enter Progress Report dates and School Holidays under Tools/SELPA-District-School Admin for the 2026-2027 school year. Enter the days your school will be closed. Adding calendar events for shorter holidays will help adjust the expected minutes in the Service Log minutes reports and Holidays/Breaks longer than five school days will also help adjust assessment timelines. You can find instructions in Happy Fox at Entering Calendar Events in SIRAS
Ventura County SIRAS Trainings and Office Hours with SELPA will be posted on our Padlet. Please bookmark the 2026-27 Padlet found here as it will be updated periodically: *VC SELPA Workshop flyers 26-27*
